Cyber Law & Public Private Partnership ("PPP") Workshop
The cyber law & Public Private Partnership ("PPP") workshop reflects the existing laws in the ICT milieu and explore potential PPP models for the public and private sector. The cyber law workshop will address the privacy issues in light of the future of IT technologies, laws related to computers and the internet. This also includes issues around intellectual property rights, freedom of expression and free access to information. The PPP aspects of how both the public and private sectors can benefit from the IT perspective will also be explored.

An Introduction to Digital Forensics Investigations
Digital forensics is beginning to leave the world of the police force and the forensic accountant to make its mark in corporate fraud, disciplinary and other investigations. However, the subject is rarely addressed in general Information Technology or Security training and is often seen as esoteric and easy to get disastrously wrong.
This workshop is intended to provide business and IT managers with an appreciation of the process and the state of the art of Digital Forensics investigations.

Professor Wojciech Cellary
Department of IT Poznan University of Economics Workshop: Cyber Law & Public Private Partnership ("PPP") Workshop
Wojciech Cellary received the M.Sc. (1974), Ph.D. (1977) and Dr.Hab. (1981) degrees all from the Technical University of Poznan. In 1989 he received the title of Professor. From 1974 to 1992 he was with the Technical University of Poznan from 1987 to 1991 serving as the scientific director of the Institute of Computing Science. From 1992 to 1996 he served as the vice-president responsible for research of the Franco-Polish School of New Information and Communication Technologies. In 1996 he joined the Poznan University of Economics. Currently he is the head of the Department of Information Technology.
He has been a visiting professor many universities in France and Italy. He has been a leader of numerous research and industrial projects on the development of hardware and software of computer systems and their applications in telecommunications, the computer industry, the electric power industry, education and administration.
He has been involved in organization of 32 scientific national and international conferences and he has been a member of the program committees of an additional 206 conferences. He is an author or co-author of numerous publications: 10 books, 14 chapters in books, and over 140 articles in journals and conference proceedings. Beside research and teaching his professional activity encompasses consulting, membership in numerous professional organizations, editorial boards of scientific journals, think tanks, committees, councils, and various associations. He is a recipient of many awards for achievements in research and teaching. He supervised 16 PhD Thesis, 4 of them received distinction, 1 of them received two awards in the national contests for outstanding PhD Thesis organized by two professional societies. In 2002 he was a representative of Poland at the General Assembly of United Nations devoted to "ICT for Development".
He teaches courses on Electronic Business both in Polish and English attended by over 700 students annually at the Poznan University of Economics.

Mr. Khaled Elahmad
Digital Director Jordanian Government Workshop: Social Media Hands-On Workshop
Khaled Elahmad is passionate about social media and has an ability to translate concepts into strong social media campaigns which connect with online communities.
Most recently he was Digital Director for the Jordanian Government, where he managed social media for the Prime Minister and the Government as a whole.
Also consulting public brands such as Foreign Ministry, where recently held a Twitter Q&A session and was broadcast live a couple of weeks before Obama's Twitter session, and the UK Embassy in Jordan. Also consulted and trained several private brands.
Has over 6,000 followers on Twitter and started plenty of hashtag such as #Top50JO #ReformJO & #Mish3aib which as are all positive initiatives over Twitter.
He was a speaker at Government Digital Media Forum in Dubai back in June 2011 and was appointed on the Advisory Board Also conducted a full-day workshop training for CNBC Arabia New Media Department.
Not to mention he is a member of Hillingdon Cresswell a communications management consultancy with offices in Europe and the Middle East in association with eHulool.com (Bahrain).

Prof. Dr. Peter A. Bruck has over 25 years' experience in research and teaching in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Portugal, the US and
Canada. He founded several prestigious research institutes, including the
Salzburg Research Forschungsgesellschaft and the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg. Since 2002, he has served as CEO of the Research Studios Austria. With offices in four Austrian cities, the RSA manage the market integration of innovations stemming from universities.
Prof. Bruck launched three global awards for best practice in new media: The World Summit Award (WSA), the World Summit Youth Award (WSYA) and the World Summit Award Mobile (WSA-mobile). The WSA was set up as a follow-up to the UN World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) and supports specifically the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) through the use of ICTs. This award is the international benchmark for excellence in digital contents ranging from websites and apps to interactive installations.
The World Summit Youth Award was brought into being in 2005. It is aimed at young people who use new media in order to advance the UN MDGs.

Mr. Philipp Breuss-Schneeweis
Founder, CEO Workshop: eContent workshop: The Web is All About Contents
Philipp studied computer science and history at the University of Salzburg and the Bowling Green State University, Ohio. After working for various companies including KPMG Consulting and Sony DADC he founded Mobilizy GmbH in May 2009, a software startup specializing in Augmented Reality software for smartphones. In May 2011, Mobilizy GmbH has been renamed to Wikitude GmbH. When on the road, he uses Wikitude to search for Mexican or Thai restaurants nearby.

Dr. Nibal Idlebi
Chief, ICT Applications Section ESCWA Workshop: Cyber Law & Public Private Partnership ("PPP")
Dr. Nibal Idlebi is the Chief of the ICT Applications Section at ESCWA. She joined ESCWA in 2004 and has been working on issues related to the ICT policies and strategies, enabling environment for the Information Society, the development of ICT applications, e-Services and Digital Arabic Content. Ms. Idlebi supervises various activities at ESCWA, such as preparation of reports and publications, organization of expert group meetings and workshops for the development of Information Society. She also provides advisory services to ESCWA member countries in ICT Policies and Strategies and Digital Arabic Content. Moreover, she managed a regional field project on Digital Arabic Content Industry during 2007-2009, and she is currently managing a regional project on the Harmonization of Cyber Legislation.
In addition to her activities at ESCWA, she is member of Board of Trustee of Syrian Computer Society, ISOC and active member of Board of Trustee of ICT Incubators in Syria. During the last three years, Dr. Idlebi was a Jury Member of various e-Content Awards in the Arab region namely, Kindi e-Content Award (Syria) in 2009, GCC eGulf Award in 2009, Saudi e-Government Achievement Award in 2010 and Sultan Qaboos Award for e-Government Excellence in 2010. Since 2008, she has been participating in the World Summit Award as national focal point of Syria and recently she is appointed Member of Grand Jury of WSA 2011.
Ms. Nibal Idlebi has an Engineering Degree from "Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité (Supelec)" in France, a "Dipôme d'Etudes Approfondies" in Software Engineering and Operating Systems from "Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et de Mathématique Appliquées de Grenoble (ENSIMAG)", and a Ph.D in Computer Science from Nancy 1 University in France with specialization in Parallel Processing.
